You can email us direct if you wish, but do give us all the relevant information so we can make and deliver the gift correctly.

Replacement Products
If some products are unavailable at the time of creating your basket, similar products of quality and value will be used.

Delivery & Charges

Current delivery price is $14 per delivery (subject to change) and is limited to the Perth Metro Area.

FREE DELIVERY for orders over $300 when delivered to one location in the Perth Metro Area.

If redelivery is required due to the recipient being unavailable to accept the goods, a second delivery charge may apply.

We deliver Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm. When you order for same day delivery, please place your orders before 10am and we will endeavour to achieve this.
Evening and weekend delivery by arrangement.

All deliveries carried out by The Smiling Gift Company staff members once payment is received. If you are not using the shopping cart facility payment can be by Direct payment into our bank account, cheque or cash to our office.

Courier cost by arrangement when required.

Please note: We do not like to leave a box outside a customers house, especially when the weather gets hot so if you know the recipient will not be there please give us a contact telephone number or work address to aid a great smiling delivery!

Tax Invoice

We are registered for GST and will provide a Tax Invoice. All prices listed are in Australian dollars, GST inclusive.

Products Containing Nuts or Alcohol

Some products may contain traces of nuts.
Gifts that contain alcohol may only be purchased by, and delivered to, people over the age of 18.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and the personal information that you give us and we will not give it to any advertisers or any other parties. If a courier is used we will have to give them some information for correct delivery.

In order to process your requests we will need information from you such as your telephone number, address, contact person and also information of who to deliver to.

By placing an order with us whether by email, phone or shopping cart, we trust you will honour the payment correctly and we will make the gift and deliver correctly in turn.
